ShopClues — Fake product sent

I’m very much disappointed on receipt of this product and service from www.shopclues.com through online shopping
1. The Order was placed on 28th April and I received the product on 7th May Order no 3215618
2. The quality of the product is very POOR i will not be convinced unless a justification is given on this product (this product is not the Original DELL Wireless mouse) some poor or low class china quality product with DELL logo.
3. The Wired part is this mouse doesn’t work without mouse pad… where as I still have the original Dell mouse which I can use it on my computer table
4. I believe Shopclues should take necessary action on vendors who sell fake / duplicate products else you’re BANNER / IMAGE from our end will eventually go down.
5. If the product is Made in China please do mention the same in the website
6. Please take back this product and no worries if replacement is given or not.
7. The product does not carry any information about the DELL brand and model etc..,
on the reverse side.
