Confident Group — Confident Group - not refunded my money 5.25 lakhs

Hi, I booked a plot under Confident Gardenia scheme in the month of March, 2012 and the possession was offered in May 2014. I started with Lawyer to check all the legal formalities but due to the lack of few papers, I cancelled the plot on 1st August 2014 and I was told that money will be refunded within 60 days but it had been more than 60 days. When I am trying to reach to these guys using email or phone, they are not responding.The contactperson Ganesh told me long days back that he is working on this but I didnt hear anything from his as well. They dont have the business ettiquets and befolling the customer.

I got the response from Confident Manager on 19th Nov and he told that I will get refund by end of month and nothing happaned so far.
