Confident Group — refund not given even after 2 and half months

I booked a flat in confident group gold coast in kumarapuram thiruvananthapuram in 2012 december. I have enough problems with confident group. first- they never keep the promises. second- very late in signing the agreement. third slow progression of the project. finally I cancelled the project around 2 and half months back. they are not responding to the emails.
