Confident Group — While booking a plot don't book in Confident Group | |
While booking a plot without even seeing the actual plot, they assured me that the advance amount which I am gonna pay will be given back if I am not interested with the plot.
Its been almost 3 years as of now. If we ask for money, they says the reasons like given below.
1) Owner is in Gulf country, once he returns the check will be signed.
2) one owner signed the check, second owner is yet to come
3) Check is ready, will deposit next week
My Advice, please pay any Advance amount to Confident group without proper verifications. As your money will never be going to come back.
As soon as I asked for return money, they took all my Bills from me, after playing a planned drama.
