Connect Broadband — Connection not provided even after 1 week! !

I have done my payment for connect broadband before 1 week, till now installation is not done !!! i would like to ask connect broadband executives if any through this forum, if you have any FEASIBILTY issues while installation, dont make fake promises that it will be done in 2 or 3 days. Your services are pathetic and customer care executives are rude. I am from manimajra chandigarh and Mr naveen contact no [protected] is the executive who took money from me. He even switched off his mobile today! Please take action against this charlatans and lazy buggers! ! The worst decision is to take connect broadband in manimajra area, chandigarh. Beware!!
