Connect Broadband — Fake calls and harassment calls from Connect Broadband company

I had a Connect broadband connection few months back and disconnected after 2 months time of purchase as I was not happy with the service and the service request raised for technical issue was not addressed at all by Connect Jalandhar. I had paid the first months bill in advance, and after first month, my broadband stopped working and i requested for disconnection, but even after giving a disconnection request I got next months bill which I choose not to pay as I didnt use the service and its already not working. and told them about all the issues i faced during their connection usage. I stayed in rented house, and i already left that house where the connection was installed. I get a call from an officer name Shaam Singh Dagar from Mobile No- [protected] and told me that the Tis Hazari Court has a case received against me and I need to talk to the lawyer who has filed the case. I was given a contact number of that Lawyer (Cell No- [protected]) and asked contact him/her within 10 minutes, on failing to get back he will process the application and I will have to appear in the court the next day for hearing. And if you failed to come to the court, you will be charged for 3 month jail without bail. When I called up on given number (Mobile No- [protected]), I was told that the advocate has sent court notices to my address. He will take up the case in Delhi court for hearing tomorrow unless I pay him the settlement amount of Rs.16, 800 (Sixteen Thousand Eight hundred) to connect broadband people. I am student and staying away from my home. And i already are too stressed with my exams, and other issues but these people calling me again and again, and harassing me. I want to file a case against the company, and want them to pay for all mental torture and harassment.
