I am reliance communication customer post paid customer. I am having a over billing issue with the company for the telephone number +91 [protected].in the month of august i was at my native place in west bengal. However the telephone bill sent by reliance communication read a charge of around inr 350 for using roaming facility. I would like to know how come bankura come under roaming zone when my billing address is in kolkata, which is also a part of west bengal. Though i have made complaints, sent mails but till now have not heard anything back. Moreover they have stopped my outgoing calls which is creating more problem for me.
Moreover they never sent the bill on time and sent the sms about the bill due amount.
