[Resolved]  Consumercare. Indiasignnike.com — defect in shoes

I bought nike pegasus31 on 8th july 2014 now after 2 months it has started tearing from thumb my bill no is NK173/00903 i went to nike store but they refuced to replace my shoes I did not expect this from nike they told me at the time of purchase they would replace the shoe in warranty period if their is any kind of defect in the shoe now they have denied so please help me
