I had purchased NIKE dual fusion-2 shoes product no.[protected]uk-9 from the company outlet at KOTA, Rajasthan on 31.05.2014. The shoe is having a design defect. The left and right shoes does not matches and apparently it looks bad.The same was asked by undersign to replace which is not being honoured. The price of the shoes is Rs 5300/-.As per the showroom he has send the shoes to your Delhi office and will take 7 days. May please look into it and get the shoes replaced with different model of same or more price.It may be noted that the undersign is not the resident of Kota and stays 60 km away, thus it is not possible to go regularly to Kota.
