I made a booking via email and transferred money to Mr. Rahul Bopanna last December to his ICICI account.
I picked him because he was a local guy. Read reviews on his website about how accommodative he was.
My child became on the morning of our travel. Informed both his home stay and him.
He immediate send an email giving his cancellations rule, which he did not state in the beginning.
Read bad experience. Lost my money.
