Corporation Bank — cash not withdrawn but 10000 rs debit from my account (a/c no-[protected]) | |||
Dear sir/madam On dated (07-dec-2017) about 15:25 pm i went to withdraw cash through atm at icic bank in maruti suzuki pvt ltd, gurgaon during the process atm machine is hanged cash not withdrawn but i got message in my mobile that rs. 10000 has withdrawn from by account. Same information give customer care of corporation bank after 2 hours he informed to me your amount will be refund with in 48 hours. After 2 days i went to bank (Sector-23-a palam vihar gurgaon haryana) same incident informed to bank representative and logged a complaint. Till now 20 days are over but till now no action taken. My humble request to you kindly look into the matter on top priority & reimburse the amount back to my bank account.
