Corporation Bank — imps failed - amount has been debited but not reversed back yet

Hi, i did an imps transaction yesterday. My transaction has failed but the money is not reversed back to me. Your toll free number service is the worst. After waiting for half an hour to even talk to a representative i was asked to go in person to the bank to rectify this. Shouldn't failed transactions be auto reversed back to the account. You have the worst service. Please credit my money back. I also raised a complaint via mobile app.

I had booked train ticket by using upi ID : [protected]@apl the amount debited from my account but I didn't received confirmation from railway board for my booking . So I kindly request you to refund my money Rs 447.70 .

I have just ordered a food at the food shop, and I couldn't pay by card coz the servers are crashed it seems, I even tried at a nearby atm and upi nothing works, in an emergency If the servers are crashed then what is the use if having an account.
