Our neighbor has15-30 stray cats which are not vaccinated and causing a lot of cleanliness issues at many homes in our colony. Small children cannot play or come out as the cats create havoc and dirty all the steps and balconies. The neighbor hasn't taken any action even after complaining many times.
This is causing health issues like severe nausea for many.
