Corporation of Chennai — Picking up nuisance stray cats

Sir, I’m residing in Padmavathy nagar, Virugambakkam.. my neighbor(Salim flats 23/52, next to actor Vivek’s house)has picked up 8-10 stray cats and feeds them regularly but doesn’t train them otherwise..every night it vomits or ### right in front of my doorway..sometimes there are blood stains..this is going on for 3 months..our neighbor always denies she feeds the cats when we confront her..please pick them up..thank you!
