Corsair — Delay in Replacement of Product

Okay so, I reported an issue with my mouse to Corsair support on 3rd of September and chatted over mail for almost 3 days before submitting it for a replacement on the 7th of September.

Today marks almost a full month of my mouse being taken in for a replacement and I still have no response from the support company. I have visited the support office (Vashi, Navi Mumbai) 4 times by now, spent an hour each visit and they refuse to give me a fixed date, saying my mouse is still in Bangalore, for some reason. They keep extending the days and I still do not have my product back. I have called the center 10s of times, which they either don't pick the call, or they simply push the date further.

I did not expect the replacement to take more than a week at most.
Bear in mind I bought the mouse in July. 3 months have passed which implies that I haven't had my mouse with me for almost 1/3rd of the time owning it. What have I even paid for at this point? I simply don't get to use the product I paid for? Nor do I get a temporary replacement in the meantime to use. I am stuck with my laptop mouse with my productivity hindered and had to buy another mouse JUST for the sake of having one to use.

I tried to raise the issue once again by contacting support but they havent responded since 7 days.
I even tweeted them out about it but havent received a response ther either.

I am thereby demanding an urgent replacement of my product with an inconvenience fee, if not an upgraded mouse or a courtesy product.
Please do the needful.
