Cosmo Group Consultants — not refund of payments

I have paid rs 24999/- by payumoney and deposited in bank account of cosmo group consultants, my order no. 1856401 dated 08/12/2015, i have paid amount rs 1635.00, 5000.00 14999.00, 3140.00, 3137.00 total amount 27912.00 i have been deposited service tax amount of rs 3140.00 and 3137.00 for refund my amount rs 21635.00 which i have paid to you.

I have received a sms from vk-timesj and vm-baggit, that mr sidhartha malhotra ([protected]) relationship manager for refund. He told me deposit service tax amount of rs 3137.00 of paid amount 21635.00 and i have deposited amount of rs 3140.00 and 3137.00 in central bank of india, account no. [protected] mr karan kumar as per his instructions (Bank receipts attached herewith). But he have not refund my amount
