I am extremely disappointed and shocked at the behaviour of cotton king executives in malleshwaram (Banglore) branch, authorised dealers being skylark enterprises.
I had initially purchased two t-shirts from mumbai (Goregaon west) on friday 23rd november and got it confirmed from them that i could exchange at any cotton king location in india it if there is any issue with the size. On 25th november (Today evening 430pm), i went to the malleshwaram branch of cotton king (Authorised dealers being skylark enterprises) and asked them to exchange it. They were ok to exchange, however the staff was extremely rude and non co-operative and were not willing to even open the t-shirts and told us to select from the shelf without even proper display (Despite senior citizens being customers).
If this is how an existing old customer is being treated, i or any of my family members or friends would not transact with any of the cotton king divisions going forward. Was this information helpful? |
