Country Delight — Didn't received my order yet money deducted from my wallet

Yesterday I ordered milk from country delight, today I didn't received my order but amount deduct from my wallet.didnt received any product but they mark as delivered on app, please help me out and sort out my problem as soon as possible
I want my money back in my wallet.they are doing fraud with me.nobody is picking call on customer care, already email too but they didn't response at all
This is my hard earned money so please help me for refund.
