I started using country delight last month thro the recommendation by my aunt. Recently they launched coconut water which I started to buy it every day. Yesterday the capped coconut waters I got were both half empty which itself was weird. And when I took it and drank it, it tasted weird like some other fluid. I had just a sip and I ended up feeling nauseous. Ended up puking in my restroom for 10 minutes. I first thought it might be spit or some poisonous substance due to the vomit by then I poured a bit of it on a glass and realized it's just spoilt coconut water. The last time I contacted their support for a referral issue and they resolved it really quickly but it's been over a day and no response from them on this matter. Disappointing service by a company that claims to be an "honest milk company". Was this information helpful? |
