On 30th June I visited country vacation office in kolkata where i was shown a presentation of their ownership offer by Mr.Das and his Manager Mr.Dubey
where they told me that i need to pay Rs.100000/0for a ten years membership fees and then i have to pay
Rs.8500/-A.M.C every year only if i take vacation in that year otherwise not, they told me that we will be provided by car driver guide cook and other facilities during our vacations, we dont have to pay any other charges for my vacations we can use 24 sessions of spa in their club and on that day one and half hour was spent during explanation and then i agreed to pay Rs.100000/- i made the payment by my card and the confirmation call form their office on my mobile was also attended by them as my little daughter was very hungry and i left my ailing mom alone at my home so i was in a hurry to reach back home they asked me to sign the agreement i signed it without reading as they assured me that what they told is what written there but when i came back home and i went through the agreement in night i found it to be completely different as per agreement i had to pay A.M.C every year even if i dont go on holidays, all the facilities mentioned are to be borned by me as per their charges, for every vacation i need to pay charges as per their rules and when i enquired at their club i was amazed to know that there is no spa centre there now when i called up their customer care even they are not listening to us and finally a guy name Nirmal mondal in kolkata customer care he told me to do whatever i feel like but they will not refund my money back Was this information helpful? |
