[Resolved] Country Vacation — complaint for cheating amount of 85000 | |||
i'm tanaya goswami,in nov last week we visited country vacation office in pune,then they started describe all membership plan.then anand kangralkar[take over manger] describe the benefits of 5 yrs membership plan[2night 3 days per year].at that time he told us the hole membership plan cost 85000 and maintenance charge not included because it's paid by him.after that i got a mail from this company it's actual cost is 60000,and he include maintenance charge. after knowing this fact we spoke to company's c care regarding this matter and i told them that i want my money back because i have already paid 20000 during this booking. but they directly told us the money can't be refund. after this fraud case i don't want to continue this membership with country vacation and i want my money back.i got to know from net that many people are cheated by them.some people from Chennai already file police complain against them. I am from MUMBAI.I have also cheat by the plan of country vying to cancel the membership and want my money back.

I had join the 26th of Oct 2013.and after read the agreement i shocked that all the commitment told by the Representative all are fraud.

Country Club and Country Vacation is an Organized Sam in India, Stay away from them and tell this to your friends and family.
I am agree lots of false commitment from Country Club ...Mr. Anand kangralkar committed that I will get garden for 1300 to 1500 capacity free of cost and can have rooms for guest at very minimum cost (rs. 200-250) but once I paid money no proper response..
I have my brother marrige in May 2015 and I was in dream that I can make big difference in his Marrige.
As discussed with Mr. Anand kangralkar I have taken membership to help in my brother's marrige but looks like 80, 000/- rs going in hell.
Some one should help to get money back.
