Country Vacations — cancel my membership and refund amount | |
Dear sir/madam I am santhosh. R and i want to cancel payment made on 28 october 3: pm on country vacation j. P nagara branch bangalore. Country vacations executives made false promises. Country vacations executives forced to take membership and asked to pay the amount on spot and they don't allow to speak also. They torture like anything till the payment is done. Once the payment is done then they will not respond for any queries. When i reached them for cancellation they are not responding. I paid 25, 200 on the same day from my hdfc bank credit card and member told me we are giving emi facility without interest but after bank statement came interest amount rs. 4124.62 is deducted. I told about this but they are not giving any response. I want to refund my member ship because i am not able to continue it so please refund me total amount rs. 29, 324.62. Name: santhosh. Country Vacations Still has not solved the my complaint. i tried customer care numbers but all the numbers was not connected.and noone called to me about this complaint.
Please cancel my monthly EMI in HDFC Bank Immediately.
