Coverism — i placed the order on this website, payment is done through debit card, email is received however it does not reflect in my cart.

I placed an order around january 9th on this website for cell phone covers. The amount got deducted from my bank account, i have a mail as well confirming the payment. However, this does not reflect in my cart or profile nor has the delivery happened.

I tried reaching them through the given contact number online which was showing wrong number and there is no response to it as well.
This is looting and unfair. The customer care number does not connect. They are cheating us... Now the site is also not working:- https://coverism.co.in/
