I am left with immense anguish and mental trauma after I have been informed of the loss of my passport (with a US Visa) given to your company, Cox and Kings on July 19, 2014 for the purpose of obtainment of Thai Visa, has been lost by you Please note that my Passport has a Valid US Visa and the loss of the same would have very serious consequences. Apart from this, the trip we had planned is to celebrate our marriage anniversary and has a lot personal significance. Also our flight tickets and hotel bookings worth more than a lakh has been done Further, my tickets have been booked for travel to Singapore on August 29, 2014. While your team has assured me of assistance, I just wanted to bring to your notice to TREAT THIS WITH PRIORITY. I request you to make all serious efforts in tracing back the passport. In case this is not forthcoming, I expect you to fully compensate me for all the losses arising out of this. Also I expect your immediate assistance and action of your team on the way forward.
