As i had book package for hongkong and macau, on 18th november we went to ocean park first of all driver came late to pick and he did't wait for our arrival and went without taking us and for reaching hotel back we have to hire taxi for which we paid fare of hkg $ 300 means rs.2800/- and we informed cox and kings coordinator mr. Tejpratap vishwakarma vaman center, mumbai office but he behaved like dictator and did't give any response and still following with him but did not get any proper reply.
