Cox & Kings India — cancelling the tour and not getting refund

Booking i'd 1108325. They cancelled the tour on last week of august. Till now i have not received my refund. I call company on daily basis but they don't give any respond evenly they don't respond to the mail's also. Please provide my refund also. I don't think they evenly feel the guilty. No reply is provided and also provided the refund. I have an e mail in the month of september or august, we have initiated the process you will get refund on or before 12th september. Now it's october till i don't receive any refund. Now they don't respond to our mail's and calls

Till now from the end of customer service there is no reply. Daily I send the mail and reminder on phone but they don't want to send the reply. How much time it will take to refund my money back.
