I and a few of my friends had paid rs.50, 000 each towards advance payment for the proposed tour by cox & kings to indonesia. Unfortunately the tour was cancelled unilaterally by cox & kings.
I have made the payment through imps to cox & kings account on 26 july 2019. I was told on 4 aug that the amount would be refunded to me within 14 days. It is once month since then, still i have not got the refund due to me.
I have been in touch with mr. Vijay and ms. Pavithra of your office at anna nagar, chennai and the reply i get is "it is being processed by the bombay office" and that i will be getting the refund shortly.
Is it fair on the part of cox & kings to delay the refund when i had trusted your office and paid the advance as requested? I have made the payment on 26 july and it is 3 sep today.
Kindly talk to the people concerned and transfer the refund due to me to the account i had already given. Hope you will take the matter seriously and do the needful.
A line in reply and a prompt action will be much appreciated.
