I'm amrita dhar, from navi mumbai. Priyam halder kundu, one of your employee has deceived me and taken 6000/- from me. She is yet to refund my money. Blocked me from all sources. Not just me she has taken money in name of delivering saree but blocked all after receiving the payment. You can find all complain in facebook. I have all documents as proof. Kindly note such behavior is not going to bring any good fame to an esteemed organisation like yours. Request you to kindly take care of this. Jan 27, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Cox & Kings India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Dec 17, 2018 Updated by Amrita ana I have lost 5980/- to her. She even confirmed to refund me the money on 27th November then again on 9th December 2018 but again she didn't do it. We all now going to Lodge police complain against her. Verified Support Dec 26, 2018 Cox & Kings India Customer Care's response Dear Team, Having checked internally, it is identified that the said case does not pertains to us (Cox and Kings) and no such staff (Priyam Haldar Kundu) exists in our organization.
