Cox & Kings India — gross mistake, horrible tour and mental stress

I traveled to europe by the package french swiss medley on 8th of june 2019. We had horrible experience during the period. My wife was not feeling we on 8th early morning before the flight she severe pain in abdomen so we thought we will cancel the trip unfortunately there was no 24 consumer support services available so we couldn't do it. We even called to the 2 emergency numbers given to us that also didn't work. Later we tried to call mr. Ali our local correspont, he also didn't pick up the call even after multiple phone calls. As i'm a doctor somehow i manage something and went to the airport. I was surprised to see my ticket was on other pnr and my wife's and my daughter's ticket was on other pnr. When we informed the person who came to the airport from the cox and king side, he said i am just here to count how many people have come here, you call the local guy who arranged your tour. I again call mr ali multiple times he didn't pick up the phone. I called mr mridul (Mridul. [protected]@coxandkings.com) customer care executive who had booked our package, and ask him to please look into the matter and make me and my daughter and wife sit together in at least in the next sector of flight from muscat to paris. That was not done. I'd also requested him to make the arrangements such that are flight from zurich to delhi be such that we will be sitting together but that arrangement was also not made.in between my trip during this days i called the customer care of cox and king at least 50 times, dial the required extension of mridul, even left voice messages but there was no response at all. I had send my concern and request regarding the seating arrangement to the email id [protected]@coxandkings.com for at least three to four times but still there was no response. It was a difficult time in the flight my 4-year daughter and wife was sitting far from me. Even my wife's and my daughter's seat was not together, both the seats what aisle seats so when they were not together during the takeoff or landing. It was difficult to see my daughter was crying in the flight during the journey. I had send the same message crying of my 4 year daughter still i couldn't get any response how insensitive people can be. The hotel's they provided were stingy, very old it required renovation.
We were taken to cuckoo clock factory and given a card by the guide saying that it will give 15% benefit. Later on we came it was for identification for commission of the guide.
On the 4 or 5th of the tour we were told that on the last we be taken to lucerne by them. But things changed on the day of the tour we asked to pay extra money for same.
Even the price of package was grossly different. Such things is not expected by reputed company like this. Same package which we took for same number of person cost us rs 486, 705 and to a other person mr sunil bansal of our cost him rs 406, 522.
How can a responsible tour company do such a gross mistake of splitting the family and book the ticket in 2 different pnr.
Holidays are for relaxation, but this trip was mental torture. It was quite unprofessional by cox and king.
I feel, i have been cheated cox king very poor service, gross mistake, irresponsible and insensitive staff, unprofessional guides,
Surprisingly now as i am writing the email still have heard anything from cox and king side
