[Resolved]  Cox & Kings India — mental and financial stress caused by cox and kings

We book Uttarakhand delight tour on 4th march 2019 via Cox and kings and after verbal assurance by Mr Vaibhav that tour will operate with everything included, even if we r only three people. 4 days before departure we received a mail that group is not being formed, so guide, lunch and entry tickets will not be provided. Mr Vaibhav doesn't have the basic courtesy to even make a phone call which he does even for informing about other offers.
Because of highly unsupportive attitude of Mr Ashok gulati and Mr Vaibhav goswami we were forced to cancel the trip just 1 day before departure. Mr Ashok gulati promised to return the money but today he is also refusing for the same.
We have already availed our leaves for the same period from our hospital. My kid vacation are also ending by June end. So in nut shell we are left with nothing just getting money loss, emotional stress, mental stress due to your employees. I deeply regret the highly unprofessional attitude of your employees.
Kindly take some action against your inhumane employees and also refund my whole money back.
