[Resolved] Cox & Kings India — misleading customers | |
We booked a group tour and it was communicated that we'll be provided with a representative to help us and provide updates of whatever is happening. Being it's our first international tour we thought everything will be communicated properly but instead it's us who are running after them for everything still not getting any proper reply. The flights shown while taking visa were emirates but now 3 days before departure they changed it without informing and then not accepting their mistake. When we talked to them every person is giving different reasons for this change. Our journey has not began and facing so many issues. Scared what will happen when we reach in completely new country.
