Sir, i (Shrigopal bhattad, aurangabad) have booked europe holiday (Group tour) with cox and kings for 4 people. Tour (Aakarshak europe) will start on 23rd may. Mr. Shirish from aurangabad have made the booking on 17th december 2018. I am surprised to note that till date there is no e mail communication from the company to us regarding the tour booking and tour information. I have made a payment of rs 200000 towards cox and kings. Even the uk visa documents guidance was pathetic. Why there should not be any sort of communication from the company with us?. We have booked europe holiday looking at the brand legacy of cox and kings. Kindly revert back with satisfactory remark and take appropriate action.
