[Resolved] Cox & Kings India — payment not settled | |||
I have booked a tour to europe and paid a initial advance of rs.3000.00. After this your representative called me that your tour have been arranged fro april month so if you pay rs.40000.00 as advance then we will arrange the tour. I have sent my passport and documents and along with rs.40000 and other supporting documents during february 2018. But during april your representative told that you are single traveler, so we are unable to arrange tour program for you, so they returned the passport. But repeated requests rs.43, 000.00 is not sent back to me. Before arranging the partner, you have asked me to send the money and i also paid it within the time you have told, but when it comes refund you are unable to do it promptly. Hope you will act as gentlemen. The concerned staff krithika and arun are not responding properly.
