Cox & Kings India — refund not processed after 45 days | |||
I have transferred Rs 20, 000 on an offer day, a local programme arranged by Cox and Kings at my city but i have not confirmed any booking to their office, nor any date or place. Till then i was thinking of leh but just after booking i felt breathing problems and request for refund with medical documents. From that day company is not refunding my money, they called me many times and say that it will be processed in 2 or 3 days, once they said to deduct Rs3000/- for no cause. i am now mentally harassed by putting reminders on emails. i am ready to lodge a complaint to Tourism of Ministry now for their delayed and poor services.
