Cox & Kings India — refund not processed after cancellation of tour by company | |
This is regarding booking id 1107419. Booked the american glimpse - east coast (Summer 2019) on 20-june-2019 for travel date of 09-sep-2019. Advance payment was done in partial amounting to a total of rs. 78, 354.00. On 29-july-2019, cox & kings representative, deepika anpat called and mailed that the tour has been cancelled as the minimum operating strength was not achieved. Requested for refund of money as tour was cancelled by company after giving assured departure. The only update i received after this is that the refund has been sent to the head office for processing. I have been following up with cox and kings representatives especially yash sata and deepika anpat but they don't seem to have a clue about the status of the refund. I wrote to the customer care desk and neither did i receive an update nor the status of the refund. It is almost close to a month and the money has not been refunded. This has turned into a harassment for me. Help! Hoping for reply and refund soon!! Was this information helpful? | |
