I have not received refund for my trip.
The agent has left the company and customer service is not replying to my call.

I had booked trip for :
Mr profulla chandra patnaik // amhi travelkar - east europe anubhav // ex nagpur // 7 nights 8 days tour // 24th september 2019 departure // booking id: 1113905

We used our retirement money for the trip however due to rejection of visa trip was cancelled. We were supposed t get refund based on visa protection plan but the same never happened.

Its been more than a month of following up. Please help
