[Resolved] Cox & Kings India — Refund of discounted amount | |||||
I had booked for a tour package for orissa for december 2016 for which the company had given a written commitment of discount, if paid through SBIbank, the refund as per the sales person was to be deposited in my account after 7 days from tour ending date. Inspite of sending repeated mails to all concerned & providing all the proofs no action has been taken till date on the same & now their is not any response to the mail from the executives whether any action is taken on the same at all.
