Me and my wife booked the tour to aust and new zealand on 9.12.2018 and paid 80000 inr and visas for both apprvd. After getting mail confirmation on 21.01.2019, that tour shall go 100%, we paid total amount 7, 98000/= the very next day after full amount paid, we were informed that this departure cancelled. After so many complaints and mails we got the payment after deducting visa charges which is no use for us we being senior citizens have been mislead by this co. This company has played a fraud with for which a complaint is being filed with consumer court for our claims Was this information helpful? | |||
