Please find attached papers to explain my complaint. I sent this before and was following up on further information as requested by you. We paid for a trip to athens from newark, nj, usa and on arrival met by "travel to greece" agent telling that they had not received any payment from cox and kings and we had to pay 2233.04 euros if we wanted to continue our already paid for tour.
