As a part of the employee engagement program for our company, we had purchased the travel vouchers from cox and kings and they assured guarantee on services, but sorry to say, these guys have a pathetic service towards customers. In spite of so many reminders and calls, there is no response from cox and kings we had request the cancelletions of vouchers and to initiate the refund till date there is no response Was this information helpful? | |||
