[Resolved] Cox & Kings India — urgent - booking issue at last moment (worst experience) | |
I have booked a customized honeymoon package for dubai and mauritius (Package cost: rs. 263100/-). The booking id is 1063145. I did the initial payment of rs. 40000/- on 17-jan-2019. Vijay arora ([protected]) was dealing with me. After initial payment i have not received any call from vijay and not from any other person of cox and kings. I have followed multiple times vijay. He was not picking up the call so i need to call him multiple times. I followed multiple times for the remaining payment. On 26-jan-2019 he said that i need to do payment of rs. 60000/- and he will share the link. I have received the payment link on 31-jan-2019 after multiple reminders. When i tried the link for payment it was expired. I informed vijay at the same time and he said he will call me but i have not received any call. Today i tried 13 times (Proofs available) and after that when he picked the call he informed that your bookings are not done because they have not received payment. Why i have not received any reminder from vijay and cox and kings. This is a mistake from vijay and cox and kings side. I want the same package at the same cost on the same dates. I am getting married on 15-feb so i hope you can understand my situation and you cancelled booking at last moment. I was not accepting it from cox and kings and now i can understand why sotc is better than you. I need the same package. As this is a honeymoon package so i can not change the dates, package. And i will not wear any addition cost. Payment reminder is your job not my. If you have any proof of payment reminder then please show me. Otherwise accept your fault and provide the same package. You guys destroyed one day (Today) and i do not want to destroy any more day so i need solution by tomorrow. I have discussed the same issue on your customer care number (Rahul jaggi) and as per rahul the holding was till 24-jan-2019. And i received the next 60000 payment link on 31-jan-2019. Now can you please explain how the payment and holdings are related. Need the solution by tomorrow any how. And no booking cancellation. Was this information helpful? | |
