We have booked andaman nicobar tour booking id 1114302 for 4 persons and paid full amount at their ahmedabad franchise office. Person mr. Manak panchal who came and booked our tour is not responding and came to know that he has left the company. Upon constant followup in whatsapp he has given number of mrs. Seena jacob. I have contacted seena madam and she replied to contact mr. Anil jacob. I met him yesterday at his bodakdev office and discussed in detail regarding position of our tour. He has told me that he will try to talk to higher authorities in cox and kings today and revert back with status today. He has also conveyed me that there is problem and you might have to book return tickets mumbai to port - blair. I don't know how to put trust in big companies also.
