[Resolved] Cox & Kings India — withdraw from tour after paying advance | |||
I paid an advance of rs 60000/- for a euro group tour on 27th july 2018 for a tour set to depart on 27th of october 2018. However, due to unforeseeable circumstances, i was forced to cancel on the 27th of august and substituted another person on the same tour to take my place. Even after several emails and phone calls asking for the refund, i have received no response, even though i had agreed that nominal charges be deducted towards flight bookings. I hope i will get redressal through this forum as it is unthinkable that cox and kings retains my entire amount though most hotels and flights charges a cancellation fee of rs 5000 to 10000/- Was this information helpful? | |||
