I have a axis bank credit card which i applied for 2 years back. Soon after applying for the card, i got a call asking if i wanted to opt for cpp and i enrolled for the same. The next year, i cancelled the cpp registration as i was not using my credit card much. I got confirmation that the plan was cancelled. Today (14th jan 2019), i got a message saying rs 1649 was spent on ecpp. I have cancelled the protection plan last year itself and so, i request a refund of the same and cancel the plan if they have re-enrolled me.
