My name is muhammed hisham t, i was bought a smartphone from flipkart using bajaj finserv emi card. After, i got a congratulation message attached with a link. I just clicked the link for knowing what was that... it was an insurance policy related things. Accidently i had agreed on cpp group fonesafe insurance. so i mailed and complained cpp group india to cancel my mobile insurance. They have replied me that the insurance couldn't be cancelled. The insurance fee is rs. 1104. I again send a mail saying i don't want insurance, pls cancel it. But didn't get any replay.
Somehow the insurance is cancelled after some days. But i took a courier from cpp group india, welcoming to fonesafe classic plan and fee rs.1849. And given a membership number im1688709. It's all about without my permission, i didn't apply for that. What the bloody hell is that..!! I don't want this membership please cancel that classic fonesafe policy.
They have taken first emi rs. 276. Please do cancel that membership and retun rs. 276.
