I got a call from cpp team for the membership and I agreed for the same after few days exactly on last Saturday[protected], I called your customer care and informed the loss of my pan card, your customer care executive promised that she will send a mail with pan application and details within 2 working days, but I didn't received any mail till date[protected], today afternoon again I call your customer care one gentleman speak to me in a very nice way and promised me he will share it the application and details
within 2 hours I waited till now (8.45pm) just now I call your customer care again, if you people are not able to send a mail with only a pan card application from 7 days how you may help me in case of the loss of my debit or credit card, I clearly understood your service now,
So don't want to continue the service from CCP, please cancel the membership and refund the money which you deduct from my account associated
