On 17 January 2019 . an unauthorized transaction take place from my credit card . i am also registered with cpp card protection . They assured me that the entire money will be claimed for that i have to courier them the documents along with the claim form that they will send through the mail, but its 2 feb 2019 and still the mail haven't received, without that claim form how can send them the courier. i called them several times but they simply assure me that they will resolve the issue soon.
i am really fed up from their service
