My name is subair.actually i claim for the insurance for samsung j7(display change). In bajaj finserv office. My policy no is IM1329604 and my service request number is SR[protected]. My service is done 3 month before itself .But there is no response for the claim process.i completed whatever the process as per your company instructions. Till now I didn't get any claims and also the response from your staff is very poor, How time I call your customer care there are no response and bajaj staff also so bad.location kanyakumari (Marthandam branch).
Kindly process and approve my claim as soon as possible
