Request to review the claim settlement of membership no im0655727
Complaint about the unacceptable delay and error in processing claim settlement.
Misbehaviour and misguidance by cpp india
I raised the claim request dated[protected]
The process i followed:
At the time of purchasing smartphone. Iwws told that my smartphone is covered with liquid & accidental damage.
When my smartphone was damaged i contacted cpp india. As expained whole process of claiming amount.in which i have to provide given documents along with damaged smartphone.
Given documents:
1. Claim form
2. Statement of incident
3. Orignal mobile purchase bill.
4. Service engineer report
5. Copy of a valid photo
6. Cancelled cheque
7. Damage phone photograph
On provided link where i have upload all the documents & send them through email at cppindia. [protected]@cpp.co. Uk.
I sent this complete set of documents through mail on[protected].
The hard copy of document was sent by speedpost. On[protected],

After which i contacted with cpp officals. On 19th, 24th, 28th of aug’18. Where same response given by them that my documents are not yet delivered to them yet.
I have shared snapshots of tracking details as well. Where same was showing delivered but they clearly refused any such parcel & asking me to send documents again.
Which is not possible for me as i already sent damaged smartphone & orignal bill in that parcel.
I have also send multiple mails regarding this but never received a single revert from there end.
After few days on 12/09/2018 for the claim initiated against membership id im0655727. The representative informed me that cpp team received my completed set of documents without out any discrepancy on 10/09/2018 & it will take 28 working days to process my claim. Between this period i had contacted multiple times with your team. Everytime there response is same. That my clain is under process.
I have already shared documents delivery details given by indian post. According to which documents were delivered on[protected]. It almost took a month by cpp’s backend team to process them & update details in their system.
As per my last communication 28 working days are also completed but still my claim is under process.
It’s already been more than 4 months since i raised request for claim & still no update.
I request you to kindly provide me actual status of my claim.
