[Resolved]  CPP Group India — not getting response from cpp

Ia4277514. This is my worst experience in cpp, i have taken cpp insurance plan and i claimed for my fraud transactions on my card, last 3 months daily i m calling customer care, evry time they are coming with new requirements of documents, and always saying our backend team calling u, but they never called me. I mailed and courier all documents.
They are not giving any response on mai, seems this is the fraud company making fool to customers, my ia4277514... Policy number
